...Just for curiosity, what do those white stains in your finger nails mean??... I have like 1 or 2 in EVERY finger, and some of my friends have them but it's weird cause sometimes they come off...what does it mean...??...

Possibly vitamin deficiency. That's what my parents would tell me. But I drank my milk and orange juice and took vitamins and they did go away, so maybe they weren't lying to me. =]

if they come off then you need to wash your hands more often. otherwise those white marks on your nails mean that you damaged the nail and that is the bruise. they go away when the nail grows long enough for you to clip it.

It means calcium or poatssium deefficency or something like that.

I get those too......I have heard that they are from when you bump your nails on something.
