Baby Mine from Dumbo is the best and sweetest one, I used to play it for my baby girl, I still do and she's 7 now! Another good one is I HOPE YOU DANCE. And BABY GIRL by Will Hogue.

You need to find songs that remind you of your child. I have 3 kids and I have songs for each of them. For my oldes (22), I love Wild World by Cat Stevens, also Forever Young by Rod Stewart. Certain songs remind me of my kids based on their personalities and our relationship. It can even be a rock song. Sweet Child of Mine by Guns N Roses reminds me of my 16 yr old. To this day when she hears it she crys. You will know the right songs when you hear them. I Hope You Dance is also another really good one. But it has to mean something to you. I don't think a stranger can give you a song for your kids.

Here is a great start...
Kenny Loggins, Return to Pooh Corner.

and Louis Armstrong, Wonderful World.
There are two great songs to start with. Others will have more to add.

The Winnie-the-Pooh Theme song. My 8 month old son still loves it when I either play the CD or sing it to him.

I know there's lots of kid albums out there, but our favorites turned out be ones we can sing to. My son loves John Denver. He loves for me to sing (I'm horrible but I"m Mommy), and since I know a lot of the songs and they're in my vocal range, I sing them alot.

Now whenever we're in the car, that's what he asks for, and he's old enough to remember the words and sing along too. I also recommend Simon & Garfunkle.

If she's caucasian, the soliloquy from "Carousel" is nice.

I specify race ONLY because he sings, "My little girl, pink and white as peaches and cream is she."

But it's only the 2nd half of the soliloquy -- first he's thinking it will be a boy -- "My boy Bill...like a tree he'll grow with his head held high..."
