Yes i changing my warbrobe and lifestyle. Anything i should and whats best!

I would join the cross country team at you school. I lost inches but gain muscle tone it was great. I joined my freshman year in high school I met my best friend because you have like "running buddies" because you run with someone and talk at the same time. Also it prepared me for basketball season. BUT you wanna lose pounds during the summer so if you wanna make varsity cross-country you have to run. I would stay start out slow and work your way up to running 3 miles. I absolutely loved it plus if you really like eating like me...... you burn so many calories that you can eat whatever you want and loss inches. Its soooo great!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

im guessing your a girl? and that those sizes are in the girls section and not the womens? if so then you definitely shouldnt be trying to loose any weight because your bodys still growing
