find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

hehe i don't think you need to "do" anybody to lose weight, but "what' you need to do is this:
1. Eat healthy by getting a copy of the Canada food guide (or american equivalent). It will tell you how many servings of each food group you need per day. Follow that and avoid any junk food or eating out. Treat yourself occassionally.
2. Exercise: For somebody your age, you don't need to go nuts. 3-4 times a week do some cardio: go rollerblading, swimming, jogging, biking, or any sports you enjoy. You can also dance or try the DDR dance game on xbox if you have one. You don't want to burn out, so find something you enjoy to do.
It's really that simple. You are young so you will lose weight fast. 1-2 lbs a week.

Put the Playstation down, keep your hands where we can see them and back away from the Oreos. Yeah, pretty much, if you look through your window there is a place called "outside". If you go there you will find sports, and quite possibly people that could be called "friends" Occupy yourself with something to do and keep those snausage fingers out of the fridge Professor Klump. Basically, get up off your lazy McButt and put forth effort other than the repitition of your hand to your yap.

Be careful... you are too young for crash diets. Do you drink soda? STOP!! And any other drink with sugar in it. My husband lost 35 pounds this way...along with exercise. Stop eating junk food but don't cut back on fruits and vegs. Unless it is healthy for you, don't eat it. If you do not get enough nutrients during this time in your life your future health could be affected. Plus, even though you are tall, you may be headed toward another growth sput and your body may be gathering fuel. Whatever you decide, do not starve yourself. If you do, your body will want to store even more food making you add body fat. Eat a lot, but make sure it is healthy.

Try and eat more healthily, fresh home cooked food rather than fast food, or overly processed food.
As you're young surely your school has some kind of sport activity that you could join in. If not try walking more places instead of getting a lift. Walk to school and home even if it does take longer than the bus.

UR WEIGHT SOUNDS PRETTY NORMAL TO ME. YOU COULD STILL BE CARRYING BABY FAT.
BUT IF YOU WANNA LOOSE WEIGHT EAT UR FRUITS AND VEGETABLES, DRINK LOTS OF WATER, AND CUT THE AMOUNT OF FOOD U EAT IN UR MEALS IN HALF.
DONT FORGET TO DO SOME TYPE OF EXERCISING FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES A DAY.
