wow, hard one to pin down. I would think that depends on the woman. The brain is actually our largest sexual organ, so with me, if you turn my brain on, the rest follows, so both sight and hearing would fall under my particular catagory.
Everyone is different, each person finds someone attractive that the woman standing next to them wouldnt.

I have to go with smell. There are just some smells that drive me wild and turn me on. I love the smell of someone just out of the shower or certain nice colognes.

Though any sense stimulated the WRONG way backfires.

If I remember right, it is the sense of smell followed by taste. I know that certain smells create certain responses such as a rememberance of childhood when you open a new box of crayons. For me, it is the smell. A certain man's cologne when I smell it, does get me thinking...

Without the sense of touch I would have to say HEARING.. There is nothing more seductive than having your eyes closed and having someone whisper "sweet nothings" in your ear.
A close second would be taste.

I think smell would turn me on the most out of the left overs ... when he's dirty and sweaty it turns me on because I want to get dirty and sweaty with him ... when he's nice & clean smelling like soap he turns me on because all I want to do is suck on him ... when he's been working out in the garage and smells like exhaust he turns me on because all I want to do is ride him ... lol ... !
