Anxiety can cause many symptoms, the ones you named are a few of them. You can get chest pains, breathless, dizzy etc. Usually these symptoms make the anxiety worse because a lot of people start thinking "Oh my God, I'm having a heart attack or something" If you are suffering from this try to cut out all caffeine and sugar and exercise everyday, even a walk and get lots of sleep. I did this and have no anxiety at all anymore and I used to suffer with it really bad, to the point where sometimes i could barely leave the house. And i take no medication.

If it is lasting for days you need to talk to your doctor before it gets to the point where you can't sleep or do anything but sit home and worry constantly. Take care.

I get anxiety that is intensified depending on the situation (crowds of people, etc). Usually start sweating, shortness of breath, fast heart rate and distorted vision, which can last a few minutes up to a few hours at the worst. I think due to denial or something i put off going to the doctors for years and suffered when i could have got help much sooner. Since going to the doctors my anxiety is very manageable, I started uni last year and things are going pretty well. You should go to the doctor, especially if your having attacks for days and they can help. Good luck.
