I grew up in PA, and moved to maine for college. My parents are selling the house in PA and moving to delaware to get an apartment, so I'll have no pennsylvania address, or permanent delaware address. I'm living with my boyfriend until his lease runs up, so my current address is something I'll only have for a few months. Can I get Maine plates and a liscence with no permanet address here?

Just change your address on your driver's license to reflect the change. It's permanent NOW, and that's what matters.

The definition of permanent address doesn't mean you'll live there forever...They just want to know that you're not a tourist, and living in a hotel.

The address you're living at now should be entirely appropriate. Just process a change of address with the DMV when you move.

No, you have to have somesort of permanent address (just use your parents address even if its the same as your current address.

(Any relatives address would work) you can always change it later...

As long as you have a mailing address, just use that.

Make sure you notify the state when you move.

Use one of those addresses as your address and change when necessary.
