A 2002 Grand Am is a data-bus radio, which means there's no accessory power wire in the factory radio plug. The red wire in your adapting harness doesn't connect to anything. You'll need to take the red wire from your head unit and extend it to a key-switched power source. In a Grand Am, I like to use the heavy brown wire in the ignition harness, accessable at the rear of the radio cavity on the left. If you tap this wire you need to put a fuse near your connection point; a 3-amp fuse will be plenty.

Start off by checking fuses. Then re-check the wiring.

you probably didnt hook up the blue -white stripped wire from harness to the antenna remote from stereo those harnesses dont work unless you do that

it either isn't grounded correctly, you have some blown fuses, or the power wire isn't connected / doesn't have a good connection.
