Night of Olay is a cream, designed to moisturize your face at night. It is not for dark circles.
Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum, and Olay Total Effects EyeTransforming Cream both even out skin tone under the eyes, amongst other things.
Prices range - probably most expensive at drug or grocery store, cheapest at WalMart. You will probably have the best selection at a drug store.

There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

I think a mosturizer will just create a problem, since it adds moisture to your skin making it oily. I use an awesome product called Noxema. It's easily found it grocer stores, like HEB, or even Walmart and Walgreens. It is a blue jar and this stuff works. I have used it since I was13 and my face is smooth and pimple free. It does tingle a little when you apply it,but that's becuase it's working. Then wash it off and your face feels so refreshing clean. Or you can dab it at night on your pimples, then wash it off in the morning. The good thins is that you wouldn't need several products and steps, this it it! Best part of all? It's cheap! Look for the Deep cleansing cream jar in Original.
