I know that some of you may not want to pray... thinking a kitten does not possess a soul, however it is one of our Creator's creations... and deserves a chance.
I don't care what religion or spirituality you are... I believe in the power of prayers!
The runt kitten is not doing so well from a bunch that was born yesterday. I know that it is natures way to let those that are sick or that has something wrong with them... to pass on. My prayers is that if this kitten can have a fighting chance in life as a normal kitty... please pray that it gains the strenght as the runt... to survive! If it lives I know someone that will give it a loving home... and all the things it needs in life... if it lives.
Please pray for this little furbaby.
Any suggestions are welcome as to how to help this little one too. Called a vet, am giving it kittens milk and stimulating it to well, pee and poop. But any other help and all prayers are welcome!

All creatures possess a soul and cats are wonderful animals. You are doing all of the right things with this kitten and I really hope he/she pulls through. I'll pray for the little baby!

I will pray for kitty and for you as well! Good luck, and I just wanted to say that you're so great for taking care of this kitty!
I'm sorry to do this, but I just wanted to answer one of the comments that was put here. I don't think it's right for that person to say that all church heads want is money because he/she doesn't know ALL church heads. Most of the leaders of the churches are good people who are following their faith and leading others to a Savior. And the reason why some believers say that animals do not have souls is because they cannot choose what is right and wrong like Humans do. They have an animal instinct and stick to it. It's the way they were created. I can't say if animals go to heaven because I am not God, and we will never be 100% positive until we meet Him. I'm not sure if I'm explaining that correctly, but I just thought I should try! In any case, I hope that you understand. And I have to agree with MrMike on this one, read the Bible and pray that God will lead you to the Answer.

You and your kitten are in my thoughts for sure...
Runts are pretty tough from what I've seen through the years.
All I can add for a suggestion to what you've said you are already doing is just make sure the kitten is warm... but not too warm (depends on the weather where you are at).
We used to wrap a cloth towel around a pickle jar filled with hot water and made sure it wouldn't fall over... do this if the kitten is by itself and isn't with the others.
I'd also recommend to put the kitten in a sunny spot for a reasonable amount of time... for a good nap.
When I took care of little ones like that I also kept them on my chest while watching TV... just so they are warm and hear breathing (maybe they hear the heartbeat) and... this will make me sound like a "hippie" but... it will feel your nurturing or loving energy. Sounds strange but I felt it helped.
Just checking, you are using a warm damp cloth to promote its elimination right? This is equally important as the intake of nutrients.
It is time consuming & requires dedication... please allow me to thank you for being so caring to a little critter! I'm glad to hear there are still kind people out there!
I hope the best for you both!

Go buy a baby bottle at a pet store and Mother's milk and feed this little one.if you have too move one of the healther ones and put him in there you have to make him eat to save him.and make sure you use a wet towel to wip his or her parts to pee and poop just like moms tongue.this stimulates them to go.I'm loosing a cat now as I type this to you from FIP and there is no cure I pray for all animals and it gets me very mad that in all churches they will tell you that animals have no souls but yet in the bible it clearly states all god creature will go to heaven but yet man on this world who prases the lord and church can't seem to find that in his bible.read the book church head alls they want is money. But god has a speacial place for all his animals in heaven it states that in the bible.Man just can't see that in the book.May god bless there souls
