find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Drinks lots of water (if you can't drink 6-8 glasses every day, you can incorporate drinks, like tea to substitute for a few)

Try eating 5-6 smaller meals every 2-3 hours each day. This will boost your metabolism and also keep it burning at a higher level since you are constantly giving your body calories to break down. Choose healthy snacks for the additional meals outside of the 3 main ones.

Skipping a meal (especially dinner) is a big NO-NO! Without consuming calories of any kind from the afternoon until the next morning, your body goes into shut-down mode and your metabolism slows because it doesn't know when you will give it more energy to burn.

Try incorporating different exercises into your routine. If you enjoy running, then do it 3-4 times a week, but on the other days, do light weight lifting (to tone, not build muscle) or different cardio exercises. Your body and muscles get used to the same workouts every 2-3 months, so switching it up will help boost weight loss.

Sounds like you are eating the right foods (I assume when you say you eat healthy that you get plenty of veggies, fruits, whole grains, and protein). The thing that may be keeping you from achieving your goals is that you are not eating often enough. NEVER skip a meal. Eat 4 or 5 meals throughout the day if you can. Snacks arent off limits either, just keep them healthy (light yogurt is a fave of mine). Start eating dinner, keep exercising, and you should see results.
If you want, you could talk to your doctor to make sure that some underlying medical condition isnt holding preventing you from losing weight, but I think youll be ok if you eat more often.

Here's an easy solution for you. Burn more calories than you consume. I'm 42 years of age and I have no problem at all with my weight and I'll tell you why. First of all, I follow a reduced calorie diet for the purpose of further extending my life. But I won't lose any weight with that low calorie diet unless I burn calories. So I work out three times a week to keep my mobility in the face of Multiple Sclerosis. By working out, I'm boosting my metabolism and am burning fat even at rest. Then I ride bike several times a week which further burns calories. So in the end, I burn more calories than I consume. Good luck in your quest to lose weight and I hope my answer helps you.

it is possible to eat to much heathy food. remember all food has calories. try cutting down on portions.

also eat small amounts of good fat. maybe your body is reacting to you cutting most of the fat out of your diet by holding on to its stored fat. eat small amounts of almonds and nuts (unsalted!). try a little olive oil on your salad. eat plenty of fish with your steamed veggies (for dinner. you SHOULD be eating a proper dinner betweent 4pm and 6pm at latest.). avoid too much fruit, eat maybe 2 0r 3 small peices a day. go light on carbs, and always make sure the carbs come from an unrefined source (refined is processed, such as white sugar, white bread or pasta). get carbs from beans (also a good source of protein and fiber) brown rice (in moderation) fruit, or whole wheat bread (also in moderation.).
if you feel the need for a larger size meal, eat it at breakfast, this gives your body time to burn it off.

drink a lot of water.

slow weight loss is healthy weight loss. as long as you are doing this the healthy way, you shouldn't rush things. As long as you are losing some weight, then you shouldn't worry. When you lose weight too fast you have two MAJOR problems:

1. Loose Skin
2. The liklihood of gaining the weight right back and then some.
