In my opinion I agree that both non-veg and vegetarian food are best. Some people think that killing of an animal and then eating is really bad.. NO its totally natural .Even potatoes which is a part of vegetarian food are also breathing underground before we eat them. We should not always eat one kind of food because every food has got proteins ,vitamins and so on. Therefore you should prefer both veg and non-veg.

BOTH! Every true health specialist will tell you that balance is the key to being healthy and maintaining a healthy weight. Believe it or not, the food pyramid actually is a very good guide to use when planning food and portions.
BALANCE AND MODERATION are the most important things. If you take meat out of your diet, you will be risking your health because many vegetables do not adequately provide certain vitamins and minerals, such as iron and B12. You will end up needing to take supplements in order to obtain these things, and even then you are still at high risk of anemia and other problems.
Be safe: balance your meat, starch, and vegetable intake, and you will be happier and healthier :)

I enjoy meat, but I also love veggies. I would prefer a non veg meal however. I like meat to much :-)

I agree with Kristy Y. Meat, starch and veggies. The only thing I would add is keep the fat to a minimum.

Everybody's different. I personally get nauseated thinking about eating cows, pigs, chickens, etc.
But some obviously love it.
