i am 13 and 5 feet . i weigh 109 pounds.i want to lose 10 pounds fast can anyone help me????

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

There is a diet called aktins. If you eat less than 14 carbs a day, and exercise for 30 minutes a day:
50 pushups
50 crunches
100 Jumping jacks
100 Jumprope
And I gurantee that you will lose 10 pounds in 10 days.

when I was your age I was 5' and weighed 96 pounds. I was not anorexic. But I do think I was skinny. Cute but skinny. ;-) I can understand if you want to lose a little weight. If that is the case, then first start by doing one thing alone.... stop drinking soda! But more importantly cut back on sugar intake. That means that you must monitor what you insert. 2nd cut back on fruit. Fruit isn't a necessity in the diet. Vegetables are. 3rd, cut back on bread intake (that includes pizza! :-) sorry!)

Again -

1- cut way back on sugar intake (including fruit)
2 - cut way back on breads (including pizza, cereals)
3 - exercise
4- for food, think protein - milk, eggs, bacon, chicken, tuna, beef, nuts (not peanuts)
5- think vegetables - salads, celery sticks, onions, green peppers, green beans, stir frys

if you follow the above you'll lose some weight, like 5-10 pounds in just a couple weeks.

I know it's tempting to lose weight quickly. You'll see diets products on TV advertising diet pills, low-carb diets, liquid diets, etc, etc. However, a lot of that stuff (especially diet pills) are dangerous for your health. I've realized as quickly as you can lose weight, you can pile it right back on.. and that everybody loses weight differently.

The healthiest, sure-fire way that you'll lose weight and keep it off is eating well (veggies/fruits) and less junk food, and to not starve yourself. Remember that your body needs its share of carbohydrates and proteins for energy and other important purposes. If you want to speed up the weight loss... execise (simple formula - if you eat fewer calories, and burn more calories when you work out, you'll lose weight and vice versa). This lifestyle needs to be maintained if you want your weight loss to be maintained.

Rapid weight loss programs aren't healthy... and usually cause your weight to rebound and sometimes cause you to gain more once you go back to your normal routine of things (which generally tends to happen if you deprive yourself of anything..) Take care of your body and know that weight loss can be achieved and maintained in healthy ways. Good luck!

I don't really recommend that you loose 10 pounds off your already small frame, but if you were to just "slim down" a bit, then I would suggest that you cut out fatty foods (ice cream, fried foods, sweets, ect.) And drink water and juice only. For exercise, I would say to do just light things like walking/jogging and maybe jumping rope.

ask your parents.

you shouldn't be losing weight (in case mom and dad told you differently). you should be eating three healthy balanced meals a day at your age. you are still growing and nutrition is important.
eat healthy and exercise.

not only will you get in some exercise you re less likely to choose something unhealthy after a little movement
