God decides might as well accept it now unless you prefer to hear it at judgment when its too late

In some things, it can't be avoided. Some situations in life only lend themselves to a specific solution that must be implemented withou further delay, and you simply must act or lose an oppurtunity that will never come again. If someone else is standing between myself and a goal or situation that calls for a response that is the ONLY logical response, I will, in a NY second, totally disregard someone else's opinion.

Don't get me started on the Colorado Transportation's thing and their "the highway or the highway" talk.

It's like, HEY, I'm TRYING to drive my crappy car across a field here people, and all I want is for you to change my tire, fix my suspension, and get me on my way. It's not my fault you decided to build US-36 through Broomfield instead of Golden.

My car is all-terrain. It has FULL TIME two wheel drive that I need to take advantage of, not to mention several inches of ground clearance.

Yes, as long as you vote mine the best answer, and do it now.

If you don't do it the way I just said to, then I won't associate with you any more, I mean it.

My way rules!

Why haven't you voted for my answer yet? Aren't we clear that it's my way or the highway?

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh, you were talking about OTHER people!

That's the problem with MY way or NO way, I guess...

VOTE NOW! Operators are standing by... :D

Well..it _does_ offer a choice.

From what I've read in some holy book, if somebody offers you a choice, it's called unconditional love. Oh wait, that choice sounded very much like "My way or the highway". Odd.

Sort of. Because you'll love and accept anyone who agrees with you.

There are also the people that will choose the highway option, but you just ignore those. See? It's easy.

in actuality as for me its Gods way or the highway,i will not push my belief of God on anyone but can not tolerate the degrading or belittling of my Father my greatest wish would be that everyone could accept and know God as i do but i know that wont happen so if we dont agree about God the subject is best left off limits

Not at first. But if you see you are planting seeds on concrete to no avail then it's been said to take the highway, so to speak

I believe that falls under the "tough love" category, which I personally don't find to be truly loving at all. Nor is it particularly kind or accepting, for that matter.

Only God can make this statement and make it stand. Read the Book of Job in the Bible.

No, Jesus teaches:
And whosoever shall compel you to go a mile, go with him two. -Matthew 5:41.
Unless you have the Spirit to make peace, then you will not.
