I stopped cycling completely (was doing 30+ miles a day) for about 3 months replacing the cycling with rowing daily. I have gained muscle from the rowing however I have gained a few pounds (face isn't as thin). I need to trim up again. My question is, how to fit the rowing in with the cycling without losing the strength I have built up from rowing? My guess is 1hr+ cycling followed by rowing until I feel tired. Thanks!
