I stopped cycling completely (was doing 30+ miles a day) for about 3 months replacing the cycling with rowing daily. I have gained muscle from the rowing however I have gained a few pounds (face isn't as thin). I need to trim up again. My question is, how to fit the rowing in with the cycling without losing the strength I have built up from rowing? My guess is 1hr+ cycling followed by rowing until I feel tired. Thanks!

what you are asking can be answerd best by hit and trial method, your approach is correct, start somewhere with the combo and find out and alter accordingly, good luck
