ok well yeah i always look great and its a frist priority fro me everytime i walk out of the house. the thing is everyone says im conceited and i really dont have alot of freinds i guess. What i wanna know is does guys want a girl with great looks and a ok personality or just ok looks and a stellar personality. thanks for the help. oh and how can i be more freindly toward people without looking stalkerish

Are you conceited, that's what you should ask yourself 1st of all. Some people preceive good looking people the wrong way, because you take pride in your appearance and others take notice, some people either hate of assume that you are conceited. Most men want both, that's why they usually have more than 1 woman. 1 for looks and showing off and 1 for the personality and just to kick it with. Sad but it's true. Just try to be nice to people, but be genuine, cause people know when your being fake.

Looks may draw attention initially, but if it comes with a bad, or just ok, personality, they will lose interest.
You sound like your personality could use some work, if you don't have friends, and everyone says you are conceited. I agree with them, you ARE conceited - "I always look great" ?? Wow.

looks are always first purely because its the first impression, i mean you wouldnt just start a conversation with a random ugly person would you? but remeber once you start the conversation you have to have personality otherwise the conversation will fall flat as will your chances at having a relationship, so dont worry too much about your looks but your personality is something that needs to be done up :)

I am not a guy but from a girls point of view I would rather have a guy with personality than with great looks. You aren't talking to looks.

I'd like a little of both. Looks with a lousey personality doesn't cut it. You need to loosen up and be more interested in the people you deal with.

I would have to say when looking to get into a relationship personality outweighs good looks. You can only put up with someone for so long no matter how good they look.

i think confidence without good looks is definately better than lack of it AND lack of good looks.
However, in the end, you don't have to be a supermodel, but you have to look your personal best. Guys are primarily visual, so think about that (but work on your spiritual qualities-those are lasting).

great personality no doubt... its what is inside that would make me fall in love with someone.. no one knows what we will look like when we get older. You love someone for what they bring into your life i think a stellar personality is sexy charming and romantic
