I was born with really thin lips that I got from both of my parents. And my own mother said they will get smaller as I get older! I am really desperate and I will try anything as long as it doesn't cost more than $40+. Does anyone know something good and where it's located?

I also need plumper lips because me friends are having a graduation party next week and I want to look awesome to everyone! (If I'm a bit vain, don't tell me because my family tells me every single day) I just don't want really ugly thin lips!

I know at drugstores they have different lipstick for plumping your lips. Also, there is that product you can get with Pamela Anderson on the cover for fuller lips. I know you can get this all at Walgreens. I have the opposite problem, my lips are to big!

The best lip plumper I have used is the Lip Tox by Bee-Luscious at Bee Royal Products. Just look for Bee-Luscious Cosmetics on your search bar. It tastes really good and make your lips feel kinda tingly. You will start to notice a difference in a couple days and it has full effect in like 30 days. The tube lasts me a couple months and I use it like five or six times a day. The directions say to use it three times a day but I am sooo addicted.
Oh, Don't worry about being vain. I have also been accused of it too and really, I don't give a damn. lol

You don't have to worry much about it. I'll give you some tips
Natural matte lips, like Angelina Jolie's, are so sexy that the hot guy you're crushin' on might actually work up the nerve to ask you out!
Steps
Exfoliate your lips with a warm, wet wash cloth by wiping back and forth for no more than 30 seconds.
Apply a good lip plumper (the most recent in lip enhancing technology). There are a few good brands sold in department stores and beauty supply stores. They literally plump up, smooth out and moisten the lips. For a natural alternative, cayenne pepper can be used. Apply a very small amount of the powder across the lips, and top with your favorite lip gloss. The cayenne will plump and color the lips by bringing making the blood flow increase (the same action the lip plumpers create), and the gloss will provide shine and moisture.
Line and fill in your lips with a light brown or nude lip liner pencil (match your skin tone as closely as you can).
Apply a matte flesh-toned lipstick.
Blot the lipstick by gently pressing your lips closed with a tissue in between.
Tips
Alternatively, some lip glosses (like Lip Venom) use ginger and cinnamon to increase circulation in your lips to create fuller "bee-stung" looking lips. The cost of this beauty might be a slight burning feeling in your lips.
Reduce shine and make your lipstick last longer by adding an ever-so-thin layer of baby powder with a brush.
If the look is a bit harsh for your taste, try adding some shine with clear gloss.
Make-up artists like this trick, too. Add dimension by taking a liner about 2 shades darker than the lipstick and drawing in a "shadow line" under the middle of the bottom lip. This can be very tricky to master, so make sure you practice before you wear it out. Study pictures of celebrities who have similar lip shapes to your own and try to copy the shadow line found on them.
Warnings
Don't get so focused on your lips that you lose sight of how beautiful the rest of your face is.
A better attitude, a different style of clothing, or a different hair color might be a lot more important than attempting to mimic Hollywoods current favorite lips
be yourself feel sexy :) Mk

Thin lips can really carry off gloss with ease and sophistication. Take advantage of that! Even if your lips grow thinner as you age (and that is true), you can always plump it up even with a regular lipgloss that will give your lips a beautiful 3-D effect. The lighter the colour, the prettier your lips will look. What more, this gives you a chance to play up your eyes like nobody else can.
If you're worried about your lips, highlight your eyes.

Oh girl I am so sorry.
I'm having a hard time remember the names of who makes full lip lipstick (because I don't have thin lips), but I am almost completely sure it's Revlon. Sephora has more than a few items for that as well. And they are all under $40. I know that for a fact.
Go onto Oprah's web site...better yet if Tyra Banks has a web site she caters for normal people who can't afford $100 chapstick.

There are some lipglosses and lipsticks with plumper in them. You cxould get you lips injected. One of my friends did and she had really thin lips, and she looks great.

Seriously, get a bit of cinnamon oil from the health food store...is fairly inexpensive and it totally works!
Careful not to get inside your mouth too much, it can be kind of puckery...
wait for the oil to dry a bit then apply your regular lip colour...
awesome!
