dee, MANY things are IN the bible.
Concerning, judging; you just don't know how to interpret what Jesus taught about judging. You think, for lack of knowing better, think He intended that we are absolutlely not to judge. If you insist, conveniently go with that.

The holy spirit isn't a individual however the potential of God. There are 2 beings in the God kinfolk. God the father & Jesus Christ. they are the two God. Kinda like if someones final call replaced into "smith" a son might have an identical final call as his father yet yet be a various individual of direction that's barely an occasion. remember God in Genesis God pronounced "enable us to make guy in our image." Us means extra advantageous than one. Christ did no longer have the completed potential of the spirit while He replaced into residing on earth as a human.God the father guided him & secure him. He ask the father to return Him to his finished glory while He decrease back to heaven after His resurrection from the ineffective. examine John chapters 15 via 17. Please pass to website for a extra finished answer.

The bible is very clear in that it forbids homosexuality.

Another reason why it is a work of men, and not a god. Because everyone with half a brain knows that homosexuality is genetic.

What do you suppose god thinks of hermaphrodites, for example? Which sexuality is forbidden for them by god? Seriously, try and wrap your brain around that one...

Edit - Yes, so don't dodge the question, Brainiac... how does a hermaphrodite know which sexuality is a "sin"...

Edit - What say I? Me sayum you know speakum english. I guess what you mean is, you don't have a clue, and the idiocy of your religion is now in stark relief for you. My work here is done.

Well, I think we can safely say that most Christians pick and choose what they want out of the bible to "defend" their position, whatever it is.
For me...the bible is just another book of mythology, no more valid than Bullfinches' mythology books.
So to clearly state my position, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a person's sexual orientation, whatever it is.

right.

"Do not lie with a man as a man lies with a woman. That is detestable." Lev.18:22

There's a lot of other stuff there too.
Best thing to do...just get married & have as much great sex as you want with that one person. You should be ok then.

It's literal remember? It's only if you lay with a man as you would lay with a woman so as long as you only lay with men, it's all good.
