The first year after creation - according to the Jewish Calendar system

The Jewish Calendar starts with the creation of Adam, not of all creation

The beginning of the world. I believe this refers to the sixth day of creation, and the birth of Adam. The previous five days weren't counted.
The distinction is important, as some rabbis believe the Six Days weren't literal days. They may have been, in fact, millions of years each. The Jewish calendar corrosponds nicely to the beginning of human civilization (birth of Adam), but less neatly to the beginning of the universe.

I would agree with the postings about 5767. If you mean, do most Jews also use the year 2007 when discussing the current year, the answer is yes. However, rather than use "B.C." and "A.D." which refer to Jesus, we use "B.C.E." and "C.E.", which mean "before the common era" and "common era", respectively; so this year is 2007 C.E.

The date of creation.

It's currently 5767.
but as noted above, it was supposed to represent when the world was created.

Few Jews believe that the creation story in Genesis is anything more than a children's allegory.

I'm not sure what you mean...do you mean what is the equivalent year in the Jewish calendar to year one A.C.E.? If that's what you are asking, then since it is the year 5767 now, it would have been the year 3760.
