Not all of the saints in the Catholic Church are the universal "patrons" of some thing, place, or activity.

Charles Borromeo: against ulcers; apple orchards; bishops; catechists; catechumens; colic; intestinal disorders; Lombardy, Italy; diocese of Monterey California; seminarians; spiritual directors; spiritual leaders; starch makers; stomach diseases

Charles Garnier, one of the North American martyrs seems to have no particular universal "patronage."

Ditto for Charles of Sezze

Ditto for Charles Hyon Songmun
