Not at all. The Muslims falsely claim the God of Abraham as their own, but the writings of Mohamed, which teaches Muslims about their God, are incompatible with the Jews knowledge of their God.

As many of the comments that paraphrase scripture has shown.

Jesus became flesh. Not God.
Jesus is a Son of God, (Job 1:6)
Jesus is the First Born Son of God.

True Christians know that God cannot die, which is why Jesus can not be God.

The Word (Jesus) became flesh.

Jesus said he was like the human judges (Ps 82:6) and not like Jehovah God. (John 10:34-36)

Jehovah alone is the Most High.
Jehovah alone is the Almighty.

Jehovah alone is the only true God, unless you want to call Jesus a liar. (John 17:3)

The most important difference between the Muslim and Christian view of God is the concept of incarnation. Christians believe that God became a human being in the Person of Jesus Christ. Muslims believe this concept to be the ultimate blasphemy. Muslims can never accept the idea that Allah would become a man to die for the sins of the world. A belief in the incarnation of God in the Person of Jesus Christ is absolutely essential to the Christian understanding of God. God became a human being so He could empathize with us, and more importantly, so He could provide salvation, the forgiveness of sins.

No. The God of the Jews and Christians are the same.

This is correct. According to an inscription on the side of the Dome of the Rock... "Allah is god and has NO son."

"No son did Allah beget" - Quran, 23:91

But just to throw in a little controversy, the following is from the Hebrew scriptures...

Proverbs 30:4
Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is His Son’s name, If you know?

Isaiah 9:6
For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Isaiah 48:16
"Come near to Me, hear this: I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; From the time that it was, I was there. And now the Lord GOD and His SPIRIT Have sent ME."

Though both Islam and Judaism agree on this point, they share the same bed with other religions as well. (see link)

Yeah. . .why is that?

Oh, because the Jews and the muslims don't believe that Jesus Christ is the savior (Messiah).

Brilliant observation.
