That info would be useful if you're chasing down a hottie, but in your case, you should just go to the police.

Not just anyone has access to that kind of information.
Go to the police station they will handle it, besides you should file a police report anyway for the property damage. Take pictures of the wall and any tire marks and bring them and the license plate.
You are lucky that they left evidence!

Websites don't help. However since there was a car accident that they left the scene of your local police will be happy to do the look-up. You can also just present the plate info to your Homeowner's Insurance company and they will followup like bulldogs (because otherwise they would need to pay for damage).

You can't. Vehicle registration information is protected by privacy laws. Would you want some self-appointed watchdogs to have the ability to look up your personal information from your license plate number? I didn't think so.

No, that infomation is not available to the public. If you have the plate, you should have contacted law enforcement and filed a report about the wall getting smashed, they would follow up on the owner, by running the plate, and questioning them about their whereabouts, on that particular day.

Go to the police station and report the accident. They can run the licence plate for you.

Report it to the police. Civilians don't have access to that information.
