absolutely, she does not have to hug anyone she does not want to hug. I would find it more offensive if she hugged her and did not really want to.

I think that it was very childish.
Went to watch it somewhere else so that I could figure out why this went on. Glad I don't watch The View. What a bunch of screeching harpies that think they know it all.
So Alicia is against the war and Elisabeth says that if we pull out the troops then everything we did will be undone and it will be dangerous for the soldiers that we leave behind. She has a right to her opinion. Alicia was a guest on the show and she showed absolutely no class by what she did.
