I do. It's boring and the customers have attitude problems or they're scamming.
Money.

You know, I really don't hate my job, it's the overall corporate culture mentally that I dislike. If you do your job well, get results, don't call out, stay when needed, etc., management, expects and tries to squeeze more and more out of the good employees, while the slackers are just existing and getting away with the behavior, and a paycheck.
People quit their bosses, not necessarily the company.
After 4 yrs, the reasons why I'm looking to leave my job is mentioned above, plus I've lost my sense of work/life balance (55+hrs wk.), the pay raises haven't even met the cost of living increases (though scoring excellent ratings and exceeding company expectations on annual performance reviews), and there isn't any tuition reimbursement offered, suggesting the company doesn't want to invest in improving their employees.
What would it take to leave my job? Great benefits (and the opportunity to use them), reward great employees with great compensation (not just a certificate and a handshake), and a future to grow and enhance/develop a good company into a great one.

I used to hate my job. Hated the people, the values of the company, the commute, everything. So, I left. Couldn't find a job that paid enough. So, I made a job. Started a one-man business in my home. Now, I love my job. Love the people, the company, the commute, everything. AND, I get paid more. Part of why I love this country.

I am trying to leave my job, I already have a second interview scheduled at a bigger law firm. Right now, I work in a sole practioner's office, and he expects me to do it all. And not get paid what I deserve. So, I'm looking for a way out, and I (fingers crossed) hope this second interview will seal the deal!

Because the president of the company is a critical, harsh, vampire- he sucks your energy and motivation, and leaves you out to dry.
I'd leave in a heartbeat - waiting for the right job to come my way, and am building a nest egg while I'm looking.
