if I know the outcome will be harmful then I must choice the opposite to survive. So is it really freewill?

Of course it is. That's exactly the point. You can CHOOSE to make the right choice or the wrong choice. Which is why the results of that choice are your own responsibility, not God's or anyone else's.

Yes....there's always consequences for any choices made. Consequences come after the fact......free will comes before.

Yes. Just because you have the right to make the wrong choice and kill someone (or whatever it is) doesn't take away my right to turn you into the authorities.

Yes, it is still free will. It doesn't mean that there won't be choices you feel "forced" into due to circumstances and/or your own moral and ethical beliefs... but we always have to freedom to choose.

Sometimes, the consequences are such that it is not a choice, but coercion. "Believe or burn" certainly qualifies as coercion.
