most any site you send her to is going to be force feeding marketing down her little brain. Disney, Kraft, the cereal sites- all marketing to the max. Teach her to think for herself with PC games that encourage problem solving and creativity. Try Kid Pix, thinking things, Bookworm Deluxe, math blaster jr. Try talking to your local elementary school technology coordinator or librarian= they have hands on info about age appropriate games.

There is a popular new kid's website I've heard of, called Webkinz.com. It's a bit like Neopets, but more for younger children, where you can 'adopt' virtual pets. If you don't want to have to register an account online, check out nickjr.com. They have fun games and activities for small kids.
Also, check out funbrain.com. They have educational games and an online arcade.

nickelodeon, disney, fisher-price. The only thing a child that small will want to do is either play games or watch some kind of entertainment. My 4 year old nephew loves the Windows Paint program!

I personally would suggest that you keep your child away from the computer most of the time. Children these days are very unhealthy because of what they eat and how unactive they are. If your girl is 4, she ought to be playing outside.
All if tge websites suggested are really good, but if you let her use them, limit her time to an hour or less a day.

Many places like this and it simple games that should do well for young children. I have not really played them all, but, search different Candy Stores for what fun things they do.

Children, unless they are in school and doing research, do NOT need to be on the computer. They need to hone their motor skills - so they need tons of 'hands on' things to do.
