If you're a Christian, you will know it and act like it.

What do you think this means?"
My thoughts on this statement are that if you're really a Christian, you won't deny that you're a Christian to others. If you don't walk the walk as a Christian, you're denying that you are associated with Christ in any way.
The bible also says : Yet, if any man suffer as a Christian let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in this behalf.

the meaning is clear. if you are ashamed to say u are born again or ashamed to act as God's representative on earth, God will deny u on judgement day.

I think of other things that Jesus said about true Christians which makes me think there are much fewer Christians than we think here is a criterea for a true believer and Christian: "And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” Mark 16:17,18

If you are ashamed of taking him into your life.. (repentance)
he will be ashamed of standing with you in judgement..

To deny God or to Say you don't believe in him, God will be upset, ashamed of YOU and your choice.

that's like saying I don't know if I'm gay If I'm guessing probably not... besides... didn't you hear new information coming out... the catholic and christian religions are ruled by Satan.... their holy spirit Satan.... another word for holy is full of holes... disprove fairy tales... keep an eye out don't be like the foolish ones and sell your souls at the eleventh hour.

ppl who are born again are the real Christians....they are 100% sure cuz they have the holy spirit

It means that there are still people to be found who worship some crazy dude who thought he was God Himself.
