I'm going to take a wild guess and say that you're a preteen sucked into the Hollywood hype that anorexia is cool looking. Wait until you get the hips, thighs and breasts, my dear, and look like an actual woman! Listen, for your height, you're actually ALREADY underweight! You should be 110lbs. So you need to gain some weight there, girl! Don't worry about your weight. You're one of the few people on here who actually doesn't need help losing weight. Consider yourself blessed.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

can't say that sounds healthy unless you're like 4'9 or something, weight loss is a difficult thing if you are already slender, overweight people tend to lose the most weight at the beginning of a diet and then the loss begins to taper off as more muscle mass is built and the fat is lost.if you must lose 13 lbs then 80 days should be enough but maybe you should just try to tone rather than lose weight.

I easily lost 35 lbs in 90 days.
By the way, how tall are you? You must be 5 feet tall or shorter to want to get down to 95 lbs.
If not, I would say, don't lose any weight, you are fine.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You should not try to lose weight if you only weigh 108#. You are letting an inanimate object (the scale) control your emotions. Your weight is fine. If you don't like how your body looks then exercise and tone it but don't lose weight.

Being at 5'2", you need to weigh exactly at your weight right now. You shouldn't be less than 100 beacuse a 5' person should weight more than 98lbs. If you got some areas that you don't like, try toning them instead of losing weight. If you loose anymore, you'll just be bone, and trust me, guys don't like bone sticking out of their grls...

Don't be ridiculous...unless you are 3 feet tall you do not need to lose any weight....quit falling into the hollywood trap of "skeletal is in". Be yourself and quit trying to lose weight.

You won't know until you try. And if you are taller than 5 feet, that is a very unhealthy weight.
