You can't get rid of the red welts - the chiggers are usually dead by the time the welt forms, and the irritants that cause the welt have already done their damage. So, the only thing you can do is to reduce the itching and wait a week or longer for the welts to disappear. :(

If it is chiggers (redbugs) that you get outside in the woods, they don't live but a day or so on humans. The itchiness will take a few days to go away.
If it is scabies (lot of people call it chiggers), you can get some bug killing meds at pharmacy w/out prescription.

Apply clear nail polish to the chigger bites. The will keep the air from getting in and stop this itch. By stopping the itch you wouldn't scratch them and they will eventually do away by themselves

That's a lot of chiggers.
Try clear nail polish. Brush it on the sore and make a wide swath around the sore.
Good luck! :)

Use hydrocortisone cream on the spots. Do not scratch,(I know easier said than done)
You can also take some oral benadryl or claritin.
