Wow..you are smart. DId you know that Assad of Syria and Idi Amin studied at Sandhurst in the UK? Or that Castro was drafted by the New York Yankees? Or that Hitler was an alter boy? What's your point? You cannot tell what someone will become later in life. Are you saying we TOLD someone to be a despot? If so, prove it. Are speaking of the School of the Americas, or the USMA at West Point? Well, I have experience at both and can tell you there is no "Despot 101" class...so quit trying to find something that is not there.
