Moving to RIchmond, VA soon and thinking of whether doing the sugery before going over or doing it over there. Heard it is quite cheap in the States. Thanks..

I did an evaluation and the doctor says that my eyes are too small and may beed to slit the side open a bit, anyone has such an experience before.
