Christians don't have laws. They have dogma that they try to turn into laws. It's unfortunate that there is so many misguided Christians who seem to think they have the god-given right not just to tell people how they should live but how they must live. And if Christianity prevented crimes (which is just silly) our prison would be empty instead of full of Christians.

I'm glad I don't live my life based on the next one, and a book of lies. While I don't know the truth, I know that I can only do the best I can, and should feel guilty when I'm not perfect, nor should I live my life for a creator, who's sole purpose of His creation seems to be to worship Him.
Also, atheists have a section, it's called "science"
Now:
"What do you want more death penalties for those who kill?"
The death penalty is wrong, we should look more into root causes of crimes, and rehabilitation. The Bible suggests stoning, but I'm against that too.
"Hit to that who hits you?"
If someone punched me in the face, I'd be inclined to defend myself, yes, but having never been in a fistfight, I'd say I'm a pretty peaceful guy.
"Steal to the person who steal from you?"
Never.
"Discriminate other because legal status in this country?"
Why discriminate, I look at all people as equal, sure some are smarter or stronger, but on a personal level, we're all the same. Just look around at the Muslims = terrorists trend in the Western countries and you'll see where the discrimination centers.
"More people who drink, smoke, use drugs and hurt others?"
8-9% of the U.S. are atheists, 10% of the country are in jail. Something tells me it's not all atheists locked up. I have never intentionally hurt someone since I was a kid, and everything else in moderation is fine.
Hope you re-evaluate your life soon. Good luck.

We don't
Okay but why can't you do the same
We don't
Opinion on the death penalty is not an atheist issue - non belief in god is.....or do you mean crime will rise if everyone is an atheist - sorry bub look at your jails - packed full of believers
Pacifism is not an atheist issue and Id be surprised if many believers didn't hit back when hit
What? that makes no sense?
Christians don't drink, smoke, use drugs and hurt each other? again not an atheist user but why on earth would we want to promote it.
You seem to be confusing atheism with anarchism. two different things. Stop building strawmen
It would be fine if the real and unreal christians would stop trying to force everyone else to be a christian or at the very least stopped trying to tell us (atheists) what we believe.
god doesn't exist - do you have proof that one does or do you just "know it in your heart"
If yahoo created an atheist section it would be full of people like you posting threads like this.

Your questions are rather incoherent but I will try to answer.
I am an Atheist. I am against the death penalty although there are certainly people who do deserve it. However there are those on death row who have been found innocent and so we must not kill.
Because a person is not a christian does not mean that they drink excessively, smoke, use drugs or hurt others. I know several Atheist and Agnostics and they are of good character and care deeply about society.
I know that the world would be better off without religion. It only divides mankind and there have been horrible things done in the name of god.
Your questions make no sense and you obviously know nothing about Atheism. You should make a point of knowing about a subject before you try to comment about it.

I am of a Christian denomination, and know that in real life (away from the computer, and out in the world), that most atheists, and most Christians live and let live. Given a forum such as this, a lot of people just enjoy riling others up. I'd go so far as to bet that some people on here who say they are a Christian or an atheist truly is not.

i hate it when atheist speak for me in issues like taking in god we trust off of money, or wanting to change the pledge of allegiance,
but don't tell me either that Christians don't push their beliefs on others, Ive never had an atheist knock on my door trying to spread the word, nor have i heard of an atheist refuse the allow some one into their house because they were religious,
i have been damned to hell many times while walking down the street minding my own business either because of my appearance or my music or my bad habits,
but i understand why this is, a christian is told by their doctrine that they must save a soul in danger, and see someone bound for hell in as much danger as a guy jumping out of a plane with out a chute,
what i hate the most are the atheist that stoop to their level, we don't have a doctrine that says we need to save the Christians from themselves, the tooth fairy isn't real, does that mean we should attack a ridicule people that leave money under the pillow?
to all my fellow atheist you have become what you claim to hate, you are the arrogant and obnoxious s.o.b's that cant stand that someone else thinks different than you, i personally don't care what people believe in there hearts, or what they think about me, i will live and let live because i have no god to fear

Wow for a law nerd this sure is a poor argument!
(we won't even discuss your poor grammar skills)
Most christians support the death penalty, so that destroys your argument on this count.
Christians are not non-violent. The majority of domestic violence cases take place in christian homes.
I know plenty of christians who steal.
As for discrimination based on legal status, take a look at fireball and co. Perfect example of "if you don't like our country get out".. when, in fact, the land that we live on actually belongs to the Native Nations- it was STOLEN from them by christians. btw, the majority of christians in this country don't want illegal aliens here.
Christians drink, smoke, use drugs and hurt others in a variety of ways.
I'm sick to death of this "real christians" thing. If you want to go by that standard, the word "christian" means "mini-christ". how many christians do you know that actually are Mini-christs?
If Y/A created an atheist section, people like you would come in there just to harass them. It's pathetic. Take the beam out of your own eye before you try to take the gleam out of theirs.

I haven't had too many atheists try to change my mind.... they just tell me that God does not exist.. heaven and hell does not exist.... and there is nothing they can say that will change my mind. I believe in God.. I am a christian.. and I believe that everyone will either go to Heaven or Hell for eternity. And I believe that the reason that christians try to change people's minds is because they do not want to see anyone die and go to Hell. (Thats what many many many christians have told me) And they want to bring everyone to Heaven with them. Christians do not hate atheists..just wanted to make that clear. Christians aren't supposed to hate anyone.
For the other comments.. Christian does not mean "mini christs" it means Christ-like. AND if people drink, do drugs, steal, and all that.. then they are not true christians. Anyone can say YEAH.. i'm a christian.. and never be truely saved. We are talking about true, saved by the grace of God christians.

I just want to take their laws out of my country, specifically the 10 commandments. Somehow, you equate atheism with lack of morals. Sorry, but "thou shalt worship no other gods before me" IS discrimination. Obviously, that is what you want, discrimination against atheists. Why do you think Christians have a monopoly on good ideas like not killing or stealing because you have "THE 10 COMMANDMENTS"?You don't. I don't even see why you hold that up as divinely inspired. It's a no-brainer. We don't need the 10 commandments because they got ruined as a guide with the very first one. That is discrimination. Think about it

it truly is pretty a lot what happened to me, except I were given a tattoo and my kinfolk popular it, yet at the same time as i determined i become agnostic, my dad began questioning I no longer had any morals. :/ I even do no longer recognize what happened there both. perchance you elect to describe on your relatives that, once you're bisexual and no longer position self assurance in God, you're nevertheless a sturdy man or woman. no you could help who they're interested in, and by no potential believing in a god doesn't make someone undesirable or immoral. if you're a sturdy man or woman, they might want to be pleased with you for it because you're sturdy because you recognize this is ideal, and by no potential because you elect a e book to allow you to recognize or the promise of heaven.
