Then take her to the vets for Heaven's sake!
If she has consumed rat poison she won't last long, it contains warfarin and so causes death by internal bleeding.
If she hasn't consumed rat poison she still needs the vet - not eating for 48 hours and being sick is a pretty obvious sign of illness that needs medical attention. Wait no longer!

If the cat is throwing up and hasn't eaten in two days, why would you go online for advice instead of taking her to a vet immediately? If you have let the poison get into her system for two days it's probably already too late.

Get her to a vet immediately!!! Even without taking the poisoning possibility into account it is dangerous for a cat to go that long without food. With the possibility of poisoning it is even more urgent that you get her to a vet.
Best of Luck I hope she will be ok

Bring her to the vet and if she lives, keep her inside. Poison is a common cause of death of outdoor cats.

If you suspect poisoning, take her to a vet NOW.
Crazytaz, not rat poison is not illegal, but it's supposed to be used responsibly so that pets could not get at it.

Poor kitty! I feel so bad for your cat to have you as it's owner. if you haddn't let it outside, it wouldn't have gotten into the rat poison and now it's probably going to die, and it's your fault. had you kept your cat inside, like a responciable cat owner does your cat would be happy, healthy and safe.

Drive her to the vet. It may already be too late if she was poisoned.
