I work fulltime so this is my eating schedule:
Drink one glass of OJ with a banana for breakfast, take 2 Cod liver oil capsules;Eat one Activia yogurt cup for my first break;
Eat one sandwich that has pizza pepperoni lunchmeat on 100% whole wheat bread with Dijon mustard;
Eat one chocolate granola bar for my last break.
Throughout the day I only drink water.

Sounds pretty good but I would probably trade that pepperoni for some sliced turkey or ham which is much less processed and much better for you, also you should probably be eating some vegetables, maybe bring in some carrot sticks to munch on during the day? A good spinach salad for dinner would be really good too, lunch should be your biggest meal of the day but as long as you eat dinner before 7:00 it is important to have something.

What happened to dinner? And no, this is not a balanced meal. What about veges? Protein? A banana is not a sufficient breakfast, snack yes, but not a meal. Try incorporating a health cereal(Kashi is good). A vege/cheese omlet is great. Lunch-tuna/chicken salad with lettuce and tomato. You need to eat dinner too.

Sounds good...the only thing I would change is the pepperoni...try turkey or tuna for some healthy, lean protein! The chocolate granola is probably just fine since you are dining sans junk (well, except pepperoni)!

You really need to incorporate more lean protein, whole grains, and fruits and vegetables. Don't be afraid to eat too much. Lose some of the empty calories and eat more nutrient dense ones.

What do you have for dinner? If it's the granola bar, then you're not eating nearly enough to sustain your body.

you could have replaced that granola bar with salad with some lean meat. you deffinately need more veggies and fruit in your diet and also protein.
and have dinner.
