Ok, I want to lighten things up a bit...

One of the great things about all of the different ethnicities that have immigrated to the U.S. is the varieties of foods. Which country's foods, or what one dish in particular, is your favorite?

Ok, you're all making me hungry. I shouldn't have asked this at lunchtime!

My favorite is Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup - called Pho. It is the best - my daughter and the rest of our family can't get enough of it.

I really like every type of ethnic food I have tasted (and in the Washington, DC area we have it all) - Italian, Mexican, Peruvian (love the chicken), Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, Thai, Indian, Moroccan, German, French, Spanish, Brazilian, Ethiopian, Irish, Scottish, British, Greek, Hungarian, Russian...and any I forgot. Seriously, it'a all great!

Enriches our culture (and my waistline!)

I love a lot of them!

Asian, Mexican, South Pacific fare, even some of the supposedly bland English dishes.

Increased variety in foods and ways of preparing them is certainly a plus side of globalization.

I like a lot of ethnic foods, but my all time favorite is Korean food.

I used to live in Hawaii and there are a wide variety of ethnic foods there, so I'm kind of adventurous. Don't be afraid to try new things.

Thai (Pad Thai, Red chicken Panang)- Iranian (Fesenjan) and the BigMac. Most ethnics have some really good dishes. My least favorite is Mexican and south American in general.

I live in the States and most of my family still lives in (and always has) in Italia. I think Italian food is the best:-) Add a little red wine, and I am a happy camper! I could not possibly pick one Italian food that I like the best because it's all spectacular!
