mimi mapenzi u.....someone sent it to me and i'm having an awful time trying to find out what it means. hopefully it's nothing bad. thanks in advance!

My online Swahili dictionary gives
I want it
or
I like it
or
I love it.
Mimi = I
mapenzi from penda = to like or love or want
u = object pronoun "it".
Perhaps the sender was trying to say
"I love you".

its a kenyan word.......MAPENZI relates to the department of Anthology no idea what MIMI means
