Take the netting off for sure. 325 is a good temp-you'll want to cover it with foil and cook about 20 min per pound. Are ya' gonna put the pinapple and cherries on it??

Yeah, leave the net on. It helps hold it together while cooking, so it doens't fall into little hunks of ham. Makes for a prettier presentation and is easier to slice.

Yes, remove the netting, this is just a packaging agent. Cook your ham, and it will not fall apart, if that's what your concern was?

Is this a pre-sliced ham??
325F ??? I thought the magic standard was350F
No big dif you need 165F internal temp.

No, the netting is what holds it together.
Cook it with the netting. Let cool and then remove the netting for slicing.
