Man! I need to know your sources! Tell me, please, how do you know what God remembers and forgets? You've come to this conclusion from what info?
I would kindly suggest you know a little more about the subject you're making assumptions about. You need to learn more about the Nature of God.
Start with John in the New Testement. A New International Version is easy to read and understand. God Bless.

And who the hell are you to say what God remembers and what he forgets? He remembers every single sin AND every single prayer. If he chooses to forgive you for those sins, or grant you your prayers, that's up to him.

Prayers are not always answered in the way that you directly wish. It's not a push-a-button-get-a-banana kind of thing.
And regardless of whether He forgets them, God certainly forgives sins for which forgiveness is asked, when true contrition is present, and with a true intent to reform.

Quite the opposite is true, actually.
When you ask God for fogiveness of sins, the Bible tells us that He removes it from us as far as the East is from the West. In other words, your sin is "forgotten", in the sense that you have been absolved of responsiblity (in a spiritual sense) for it.
God always answers prayer. The answer, however, may not coincide with the timing or outcome that you would prefer.

Are you refering to the God of Abraham, Isac, and Jacob? The "I AM" that spoke to Moses? The God of John 1:1" ...the Word was with God and the Word was God". Are you refering to that God?
If so I believe you have it backwards sir. The Bible specifically teaches with regards to sins God is one that forgives and forgets. In the Old Testament God was spoken of as "throwing our sins as far as the east is from the west". If you ponder that for a moment you will see that from east to west is a infinite distance from one to another. The Bible also says that "God takes our sins and throws them into a sea of forgetfulness and remembers them no more"
The New Testament tells us in Romans 8:1 "There is now no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus". In 1John 1:9 "If we confess our sins (to God, not a priest or another person, but to God mind you) God is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins and cleans us from all unrighteousness". So based on these passages of Gods Word, the 1st part of your question is incorrect.
Furthermore if you look at Collosians Chap 2, (I believe) you will find there is one individual, that holds on to a "certificate of debt against us" which contains all manner of offences that we have committed against God. This individual is oft described as the "enemy", "the adversery", "the lawless one" or more comonly known to the average beliver as "the devil". But even so, in that same passage we find our High Priest (Jesus) has infact taken that "certificate of debt", and because of His substitutionary death for us, "Nailed it to the Cross".
The second part of your question is as easily dismissed Eph Chap 6 approx ver 18 tells us to "continue to pray in the Spirit". In 1 Theselonians Paul admonishes us to "pray without ceasing". Peter tells us in 1 Peter 3 to "Pray for your wife, that it may be well with you, and that you own prayers not be hindered". Peter also tells us the most important admonition I believe we have in scripture that "we are to cast ALL our cares on Him (Jesus), because He cares for you".
So I'm not sure what your askin'. If you are indeed a Christian I wonder what your motivation is to ask such a question? If you are not a Christian you should study a little about your adversery (Christians like me) that are in a battle against the dark forces of this world "with weapons not made by hands or of this world", and that are "sharper than any two edged sword".
I hope this answer helps, May God bless you to see the truth.

God doesn't forget your prayer requests. And, God answers every prayer. Just sometimes the answer is "no".

God cannot forget. He can however choose what to remember. Forgetting has negative connotation, and therefore limits God's memory. We know God's memory is limitless. This is why He says "I will remember their sins no more," and not I'll forget their sins.

When we pray we have to believe it's already been granted. Prayers are being answered but it takes an incredible amount of faith, actually our faith has to be bigger then a grain of mustard didn't he say.
