Jesus spreaded the good news through the 12 disciples and many more people who went around sharing the good news. Many became missionaries to go to regions beyond to share the news. Christians nowadays are commanded to do the same thing.
Jesus also had another most important thing to accomplish - dying on the cross, bearing our sins so that through him we can all go to heaven. He showed us how to get there by his resurrection.
Christians will eventually be judged and give an account on what they did here. In Revelations where it talks about the second coming, even during those times, there will still be people who will refuse to accept Jesus as there God and saviour. So if Jesus did appear to everyone would everyone believe? If today, you saw a man performing the same miracles and he said he was Jesus, would you believe or lock him up in a mental institution and perform scientific tests on him?

Jesus came to Jerusalem to fulfil the prophecies of the Old Testament. He was the promised Messiah of ISRAEL (not the Mayans). Since His death and resurrection, salvation and eternal life is offered to all through faith in Him. He has given His church themandate to take the gospel message to all the world. That is why He has been so patient for almost 2,000 years before returnig to gather His people, and judge the ungodly.
When He comes the second time, He will appear to the whole Earth at once.
Rev 1:7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they [also] which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

For those of us who lived with, at the same time, and after Christ, he is the only way. For those who lived and died before Him, are fine as long as they had belief in and love of God.
I don't understand what you mean when you say Christians say God will judge them differently. I'm a Christian and i believe God will judge us all the same on the same day.
The Lord appears to all who want to see him. And even those who don't.

I heard there's also a bus.
EDIT: If any Mormons read this question, they'll tell you that He DID appear to the Mayans. They'll tell you all about the whole story, which can be found in 3 Nephi 11-28 in the Book of Mormon. Then they'll invite you to receive the Missionary Lessons.

It doesnt matter if people see Him or not they will choose to or not to believe. Many seen Jesus work miracles but still did not see Him who He claimed to be. The Bible has been delivered to the ends of the earth. It wont be long now all the prophecies are coming together. Repent and be baptized. Peace out..........

Since Jesus came to us in human form, yes it would be impossible for him to get in touch with everyone on earth.
Jesus is the path to God for the Christians...I recognize there may be other paths for other people to God.
