A few good looking tv programmes are starting in the 'fall' and i wondered when that is over there. Here it starts in September.

fall starts in septemeber.
But if your wanting it for the "Fall" tv schedule I think some of the shows start in Late sept. or early october. Maybe sooner.

1. I'm sure year 9 refers to 9th grade, which means you'll be a Freshman in high school. 2. Well May and June is early spring, so sometimes it's cold and sometimes it's hot, you can never tell what the weather will be like. 3. Schools can be very different. Americans have really short lunch periods--mine was 25 minutes. As for lessons and uniforms, it really depends on the school, we usually have the same classes everyday for 45 to 50 minutes. As for uniforms, public schools usually don't have them whereas private schools do. 4.I don't live near maine, but it all depends if it's a suburb or a downtown area. I've heard that American houses area a lot bigger than England's, but I'm not sure. 5.No strict rules in America about clothing, just that you have some on--lol. Really just depends on what the parents think is okay. Low cut=America, so your vest tops will be fine. You can wear anything you want in America. Have an awesome time because America is really fun!

Fall in America starts late August to Early September depending on the weather. It can run long into October before we hit peak colors too. OOPS's thought you were talking about the vegetation's fall. I see you mean the TV schedules fall. We are big here on the vegetation we have some great fall colors. People come from all over the world to photograph them or be photographed in them.

Unofficially, on Labor Day that is the first Monday of September. Why?...because summer, unofficially, runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Fall officially starts around the 20th - 21th of September.

Depends on where in America for the season of fall to start... In Arizona, it doesn't start until October. For television shows, I think it's september
