He does answer all prayers. It might not be on our time line, or the answer we want at the time, but that doesn't mean it isn't an answer. Sometimes silence is an answer. Sometimes it's other people are are lead to us to answer our prayers. Sometimes it's that we don't understand the answer, and so we think we didn't get an answer. Sometimes it's feelings, or inspiration that is the answer, not words. Sometimes it's something we read that gives us the answer. But all of these are answers all the same.
Who says all of our sins are forgiven? Sometimes we aren't ready to accept forgiveness, or we keep doing the same sin over and over. If we have truly repented, then yes, they are forgiven, but if all the steps aren't used in repentance, then the repentance isn't complete, and forgiveness comes slower.
There are also other sins that are never forgiven. I won't get into that, but there are a few that you can't repent for. Although, I do think that because God is a loving, caring Father, that He will look at each of our sins individually. It is ultimately up to God and Christ who is forgiven.

The Lord only hears the prayers of His children. Accept Jesus Christ and the Promise shall be fulfilled in you.
God only answers prayers in accordance to His providence. Sometimes, God will answer "No" to our desperate prayers. Thereby, some people struggle to continue on the prayer's life as the devil distracts us with idle thoughts. Downfall and unanswered prayers should not dishearten us; we must persevere and pray on continual basis. We must realize that God gives us what we need and not what we want. God has different plans for each person. We will only understand as His plan reveals in the course of time. People should not only seek the need of prayer during tough times. The power of prayer should not be underestimated as it proclaims the might of our powerful God. Prayer brings Christians unto a right relationship with God and triumph over evil and hope for better tomorrow. Prayer is not a duty but a graceful privilege. Have faith in the Lord!

What do you mean when you say he only answers "a few" of my prayers? God answers all of my prayers. He does not however rubber stamp them with a "yes." I know God forgives sins and answers prayers because He promises to do so, and I have walked with Him for many years and have found Him to be true to His promises.
I also know that this answer will make no sense to you. It has been my experience that those who stand on the outside looking in can never begin to understand what it means to walk daily with Jesus. It's a participation activity and meaningless to the spectator.
Blessings.

God answers all prayers, it just might not have been the answer you were looking for.
And He does forgive all sins if you truly have a repenant heart and ask for forgiveness.
Diving into the Word of God will help you find answers to your questions.

God answers all prayers. Sometimes the answer is yes, sometimes no and sometimes wait. As for forgiveness of sins, Jesus gave the authority to the Apostles to forgive sins and that has been passed down thru succession in the church. God forgives all sin if one seeks forgiveness and repents. I have received my penance and absolution for my sins. Have you?

I know that God forgives all my sins, because he gave his only son as a living sacrifice for those sins.
John 3:16 - For god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that he who believes will not die, but will have everlasting life.
The Book of Romans says, "We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of god."
And Jesus himself said, "You can not approach the father, unless you first come through me."
When Jesus died upon the cross, God accepted his life as a sacrifice in place of all the sins of the world.
As to God answering my prayers, he does, it's just that sometimes the answer is "no."

I know he forgives all of my sins because he says so in the Bible. And he's always answered my prayers. If he hasn't - He Will!!!

Whenever we approach the throne of grace, through Christ He forgives- it says so MANY times in scripture- Christ died for sins to be able to be forgiven. God does not promise every thing we want He will give, He promises all that we need will be given in answer to prayer.

Many of my prayer requests aren't specifically mentioned in the Bible. Forgiveness of my sins is mentioned numerous times.
