I know that many Archdiocese are doing things on their own as well. Ours is.

For those who answered so negatively, what are other non-Catholic churches doing? Pedophilia is not solely a Catholic problem. But the media would certainly have you think it was.

The only thing they can do to curb it would be to allow marriage again. That was taken away in the mid 1800s when the women started living longer then the men and were inheriting the bishops wealth rather than the church. I don't count on it though. It would hinder the bottom line.Sex is a natural instinct. It can't be canned up in religion, or anything. It will survive. In most horrible ways as is being seen now.
