It's best to remain single until the wedding. After that, married is fine. Neither one is particularly better - it just depends on your marital status.

Each person is different, some are better off single, others better off married. Being married can be the most amazing thing in the world, if it is truly what you want. I never wanted to get married, ever. Some things happened, and I got married for all the wrong reasons(no not pregnancy). I was miserable. I am now divorced. For those people who think you have more fun as a single person, only if you are in a marriage that is not right for you. Happiness is what you make it. Some people are happy sitting at home, reading, watching tv, doing yardwork, and never going out kickin it. Others have to have that in their life to be truly happy. Excitement comes in all different forms, you have to decide what is right for you as an individual. Once you figure that out, if you want to be married, you have to find a person that fits into that same world with you. Don't look for someone that is totally opposite of you, it won't work. Married people can go out and party and kick it just like single people.

Well not single is great because you have someone there for you, and if your in a good relatinship want to be with you and make you feel safe and the feeling of love is so awesome but......they can drop you at any time and there's always that worry in the back of your mind and then the jealousy thing comes in a and the drama and fights, but if your really in love you can get thru them, but if your single you can flirt and go party with no obligations so Both is good but you just have to weigh out your options

It depends. Like for me I thought I'd be better off single because I was really badly hurt by the last jerk I dated but it has been eight months and I am starting to feel lonely now that its summer. I vowed to stay single for a year and I pushed everyone away because I was scared. So to answer your question If you not interested and don't have time for foolishness then it is better to stay single but if you have nothing but time and nothing to lose then hey why not.

Single is great but being in a relationship has many upsides. I think they are equal, neither is better, at times one may favor the other side you know the grass is always greener over there. If you lay out the positives and negatives of both I bet the lists are pretty equal in length.

Single can be great. Having someone that you can count on from day to day is much better though. Sure that means you have to deal with that person but that person can also help. Single allows more freedom. I have a girlfriend that gives me as much freedom as I want. You just need to find someone that genuinely cares for you.

By single, what do you mean? Single vs. married? Or solo vs. with someone? I can't compare single to married as I've never been married. As for solo vs. with someone, I can only say I'm currently with someone and very happy with him. But I was also happy on my own. It's more important to be happy and comfortable where you're at than comparing. Good things happen when you let them and don't worry about them.

Single - because u don't have to explain every move u make...
Single - because u can be independent....
Single - because u can do whatever u want...
NOT single - because u won't be alone...
NOT single - because u can have fun together...
NOT single - because love is beautiful...
PS - U should try be in a couple, but never ever force urself to b w/ someone whom u don't feel as a friend and supporter first of all.

Well as long as it is a healthy relationship, then I think it is great to be with someone. Being single is good, for people who have had bad relationships, but I don't think anyone wants to be single forever - it gets lonely.

The real answer is both. Single you can do what you want, when you want. And no string attached or obligated to do anything. But also if you have a really awesome person in your life, nothing can replace that.
