He'd come to collect a soul for a deal I made years ago. I offed him a better deal that and mine in a rock guitar show down between the two of us. And I play the greatest song in the world (Tribute) which freed the soul and sent him back to the pits of hell.

Of course, this begs the question, if he is the ruler of Hell then who sets the quotas and who does he get "in a bind" with exactly?
