i am about 5'8 147lbs and a few months ago i got a eating disorder i wuld not eat 4 days and that didnt make me lose any weight (hardly) i missed lots of school & my dads been threatened with court. ppl say im not fat but i am convinced i am. i have lots of stretchmarks and i hate my self
i get roughly about 30 mins of exercise a day
ive been to the doc about stuff like this and she said there is no way she is putting a 13 yr old girl on a diet
ppl shove me in the corridors at school i end up crying

please help me
by the way ive tried diets they do not work

i alsso have reli bad self esteem. i wuld be laughin 1 min an if sum1gave me a dirty luk or dissed me then i wuld end up near tears
i also suffer from ocd and i have social phobia (apparently)
i am also recieving cognitive behaviour therapy

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Eat 6 small but balanced meals per day. Your carbs should be high in fiber, your proteins should be lean, and your fats should be sparing but high in the omega 3 & 6 fatty acids. Avoid greasy foods, alcohol, and candy.

The best way is to consistently exercise and eat healthier foods, stay far away from fast foods and soda. Over time you will see very positive results. you can take those lose weight drugs but they always say "works best with exercise." so either way you will need to do some jogging. just stay motivated and dont be lazy. goodluck =)
