This is a story written decades after Jesus died, if he existed at all. The writers were trying to build a case for Jesus being special, by writing about how wise he was, even questioning the religious leaders of the day. This is common in such stories back then. Of course, none of it is real. There is no way the authors could know about Jesus' childhood.
