You can say "felicitações", but I'd say "parabéns" is more common in Brazil. (nb. it is spelled w/ an "n", not an "m")

''Parabéns'' is how we say in Brazil,

You can also use ''Congratulações/Felicitações'', but they're not common.

an example in the way we sing ''happy birthday'';

"Parabéns" is the right one in both brazilan and portugual portuguese.
