Are you muscular at all? Please remember, muscle weighs more than fat.
I was tramatized when I was 12 (weighed 107 pounds and was a few inches shorter than you) when my Dr. told me I was fat because I didn't weigh the 87 pounds his chart said I should weigh. I actually wasn't fat, I had a LOT more muscle than most girls my age. Anyway, this resulted in years of eating problems.
Please think very carefully before you get into the dieting thing at your age. Generally eating healthy and regular exercise will put your body where it needs to be.

I think you should eat more. If you don't eat enough your body will go into starvation mode, by this I mean that your body will hold on to the fat it gets because it doesn't know when it will next get fed.
Your breakfast is fine. Have a snack of fruit half way before lunch. Your lunch isn't substantial enough and it is the time where you should be eating more carbs and the best time for protein foods. Try turkey with the mayo, salad and a carb like maybe rice or pasta. Or you could have fish and sweet potatoes with veg or salad. You should snack half way to dinner. Try a yoghurt or nuts, For dinner you shouldn't have bread, bread can actually make you more hungry and bloated. If dinner is before 6pm then have a carb with dinner. You could have potato salad with some lean meat and coleslaw, depends what you like. If after 6, you sould have your anti-oxidant veggies with a lean meat.
You need to make sure you include enough dairy, and a low fat diet for an adult includes 30% fat per day. At 12 I believe you need more depending on your lifestyle. Smoothies are really yummy and really low fat and healthy, full of vitamins and anti-oxidents. Make sure you get enough nutrients . Do you only drink at lunch? drink more water, only sip it if you have it with meals so as not to dilute the acid balance in your stomach. I hope you stay well and very healthy. Take care.

First of all try drinking skim milk instead of 2%, do not drink any juices or real soda, these drinks contain many calories, and definately have more than just bread for dinner. Make sure you add some lean protein and some veggies. Also, try having small snacks in bt your meals, like a handfull of almonds and an apple or a string cheese and 5-6 crackers. This will help you from feeling hungry and also boost your metabolism. Drink diet drinks or water throughout the day. Don't NOT EAT, this will actually slow your metabolism down. I am a registered/clinical dietitian, hope this helps:)

Yeah it should work for sure. And with dinner- Make sure you have something to go along with your bread. Definitely try to add some greens into your diet. Raw spinach especially- only 7 calories or so per surving and full of nutrients. And if you drink green tea before each meal, you can boost your metabolism and you will be able to lose weight even quicker. A few other things that you can do to boost your metabolism---- Go for that run before you eat breakfast, do not eat anything after 6 pm, and go for a walk after dinner.-----
Hope this helps. Good luck. And be careful.

Looks good, try substituting real orange juice for the sunny d. Sunny D has a lot of artificial flavor and sugar. Also Drink alot of water thruout the day. At least 8 glasses. Also opt for that water instead of the hawaiin punch which is also pure sugar! If you are trying to lose weight, the key is keeping sugar intake low. A lot of sugar causes your body to gain and store bodyfat.

to lose weight you have to eat every 2-3hours and thats 5-6 small meals a day.
if you deprive yourself your body will lose water weight and muscle not fat and slow down metabolism
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I have a tip, Im 12 too, and I used to have nastily baggy eyes.
but then I went vegetarian. I lost weight, my acne began to get better, and my eyebags went away. I still dont eat meat to this day.
also: for your eyes, put used teabags on them! it helps!
