I not sure your calorie intake is enough. Sounds like you may be starving your body, especially if you jog.
Go here;
http://www.mypyramid.gov/
On left click My Pyramid Plan and do the questions to determine your calorie intake. To lose weight I use Minimum exercise one the one question. I think it like exercising 30 minutes or less. Then plan your "Balanced Meals" for the week. Allow 30-60 minutes after eating before you jog.
Now here some pointers on entering your weight. Try your 125 first to see what calories it give. Then go "Back" and enter your Target weight 120/115? and see what calories it give. If, they both the same then drop the target weight to 100. What you looking to do is; If you calories are 1200 @ 125 this calories to maintain that weight. You want to find the next drop in calories, should be around 1000 with my example. Then go for this Balanced Diet Plan. You will lose the weight in a controlled healthy manner and have enough calories to maintain good muscle tone.
When we not eat enough, the body will store fat and we lose the muscle.

So it looks like your diet is nothing but carbs with a little protein. Not what I suggest for a growing girl entering puberty and teen years.
sunnyd ain't OJ - drop it and the Hawaiian Punch and you'd save a lot of empty sugar calories that you could put into healthy foods and not feel hungry. Where are the vegetables girl? They are healthy, low calorie and good for you. You need to be eating vegetables. Find some you like in a hurry.
You shouldn't have to diet at all at age 12 if you are active. And you are right in the range you should be for your height anyway. Try the exercise part first and eat healthy balance meals using all the food groups.
Dieting is very simple: just consume less calories than you burn.

Eat sugar free applesauce and cut out the Sunny D and Hawaiian Punch. Neither of those beverages have any substantial nutritional value and they are loaded with sugar, that's why they are called "juice drinks" instead of "juice". Substitute those with a serving of 100% fruit juice or water or a serving of milk. Like someone else mentioned, yogurt is a good snack, as long as you go for the lowfat ones. Most of them have lots of calcium too, which is very important for us ladies. Also, add some veggies. Carrots, cucumbers and celery can be eaten in raw form and make great light snacks. Salads with light dressing are great too.

12 and dieting? Wow that scares me! You do NOT need to diet. You just need to learn healthy eating habits.
Becoming a healthy eater allows you to eat freely without ever becoming overweight; it also lets you lose weight healthfully and long term, should you need to.
You can find some very useful info at this website, it is built for kids:
http://www.empoweredkidz.com/EKPrevent04.htm
Please be careful whatever you do and if you really feel that you have a problem try talking with your parents or doctor.
Have a GREAT weekend and a fantastic summer!

No fruit punch, no Sunny D. Just water or milk if you wanna lose quicker.
whole wheat bread and any meat of choice works.
The cereal is good and the apple sauce ain't all that bad but choose a different brand because that one sounds like more sugar cause its for kids, but I'm not sure I never eat it.
Veggies need to be added to all this for health and vitamins.
And you said you have been drinking water which is good. Yogurt is a good snack to don't forget

If you drink milk, make sure it is non-fat or skim, also although you are young to be on a diet, its always a good idea to start eating healthy and taking care of yourself as soon as possible. For dinner, either grilled chicken or fish with some veggies is a good choice, and you also need some snacks such as fruit or nonfat yogurt.

You shouldn't be on a diet, you are too young and still growing.
A diet will affect your growth.
Eat healthy and do exercises. Swimming, jogging, pilates.
Pilates is really go for you if you want to lose some fats..
Take care.

that's a horrible diet for a 12 yer old
you shouldn't be on a diet but eat healthy
for example:
oatmeal with 1% or skim milk and real orange juice or other pure fruit juice(sunny D is all sugar)
a light snack of a piece of fruit or a few nuts
a cheese and ham sandwich with lettuce and tomato and a glass of 1% milk
a small snack of fruit or a few cracker with peanut butter with water
a healthy dinner of skinless chicken breast salad mixed veggie and rice, noodles or a baked potato with milk to drink
then a snack before bed of carrot sticks and water

You are too young to worry about being on a diet. Get in sports or something if you stay active you will not have to worry about what you eat all the time.
