you can click and drag the row height, and column width.

you can also right click on the row number or column letter and click on row height or column width and then set it to the desired value

You have to change the height of the row and/or the width of the column in which the cell is located. You can do this by dragging the border at the head of the column or row, or by using the Format menu or by right-clicking on the row/column header.

Hi Jaw,

Set up your ideal Excel worksheet, then save it as a template.

File --> Save AS --> look for the 'XLT' extenstion.

The default template is Workbook.

Next time you open a spreadsheet,

New --> look in the sidebar of template options and choose your template with the cell settings. After you do your work, don't save this one as the template, SaveAS --> a regular spreadsheet 'XLS'.
